Visiting for Climate Week NYC? Local and ready to get more involved? Either way, you can start a climate cafe in your own community! Meet Climate Cafe NYC in Central Park (we'll set up picnic blankets near the Columbus Circle information kiosk). Learn how to lead a climate cafe: mental health & community-building in times of ecological crisis. We'll discuss the purpose of cafes, the fundamentals of facilitation, how to write effective prompts, and the nuts and bolts of joining Climate Cafe NYC as a network facilitator.
