Climate Cafe & Facilitator Training
About Event
Come connect with your community and become a Climate Cafe facilitator in the beautiful Brooklyn Quaker Meeting House! We need your help to sprout more neighborhood spaces to support one another across the city.
At this training we'll have a brief cafe together, talk through the theory and best-practices behind facilitation, and then practice by applying what you've learned in challenging role-played scenarios.
If you go on to become a facilitator in our network, we’ll share our resources with your new cafe and grant you a stake in our community governance. Rep your neighborhood and put your own spin on things — grow the grassroots awakening — be a hyper-local climate leader!
Refreshments are provided. Please rsvp so we have an accurate headcount.
